Are you ready for Just Walk Across the Room? You may be wondering what it’s all about. It is learning simple steps to point people to faith one on one. Something You or I can do. This campaign is going to change all of our lives because this is the one time a year we align everything from children, youth, and adults to focus on spiritually deepening ourselves, our church and the Kingdom of God.
Neighborhood groups will be meeting in homes and here at the church, once a week for four weeks where we will focus on deepening relationships and learning to share our stories. In this campaign we’re going to ponder the question, “What if twenty steps across a room could change your friends’ lives forever?” and look at how the Holy Spirit’s mysterious ways can rekindle your passion for people and revive your belief that the single greatest gift you can give to your friends and family members is an introduction to the God who…

During these four weekends, we’ll learn together how to approach our sin-scarred world with a relevant, appropriate message of truth – a message that is conveyed on the heels of a simple walk across a room.
In order to get the most out of this campaign, you need to be in a small group! We are asking everyone in our church to participate in the following ways:
Ways You Can Participate
- Join or host a Just Walk Across the Room small group. Your group will meet once a week for four weeks.
- Attend a weekend church service each week. Commit to attending all four weekends during the campaign.
- Memorize the memory verses. Each of the four weeks includes one verse that we will memorize together as a church.
- Take notes on each week’s bulletin insert of steps you can take and discuss/practice in small group
Just Walk Across the Room is a step of faith we’ve taken as a church and because you’re involved you’re going to grow too! By getting into a small group you’re not only going to experience all the campaign has to offer, you’re going to make some friends. And we can’t wait to hear the stories of how God has changed your life and the lives of others in our small groups.
